I learned many years ago write down all emails and passwords for every acct you have whether it be for games or bills or shopping. In this game I have 2 accts and 2 pieces of paper 1 for each acct showing display name email for the acct and password and phone number used as well as all characters on acct that way if I ever need them, I have them.

I put in a ticket, and was talking to support in the email service, and they retried sending the reset email, and it still never came, I double checked junk folder and nothing. So I happened to try logging on the forum from my PC and into the game from PC with my old password, and it still works. So I dont know whats going on.
