I have no idea what is going on, since the new update, I have a limiter on my speed. Sometimes can't go higher than 32 miles per hour or 62, varies on the save. I have disable the speed limiter in my profile and have it turned off in game. But it's like my truck is revs are going up but go any higher. I've tried a new profile and it's not working

I really hate the 90km/h speed limit and I'd like to avoid those missions completely. Is there a way to disable them? If not, how do I tell if a contract IS one of those so I'm able to skip them?
To remove speed limit for trucks open Options>Gameplay>scroll down to Truck Settings>Truck Speed Limiter. Untick the box and you are good to go. If you ever decide to join World of Trucks and use External Contracts within the game, then speed limiter won't work and your speed will be 90 km/h max no matter the mentioned option. Ye can't disable the limiter if you're on those sort of jobs, you can only disable the limiter in the settings if you take a job from the freight market and also possibly the quick jobs as well? Just open C:\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles\ and navigate into the folder of your current profile. Open 'config.cfg' with a Text Editor, search for the line "uset g_use_speed_limiter" and make sure to put a "0" next to it.
